Assessment Late Date
The assessment is late on the 11th of the month it is due.
Assessment late fee
All payments received after the 10th of the due date are subject to late charges of $25.00. If payment is not received by the 30th day of the due date, a demand fee of $50.00 will be charged to the homeowner account. If payment is not received by the 45th day of the due date, a lien will be placed on the property.

Mailbox Keys
The Association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. On re-sale, the previous owner or Title Company should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow. If the key is lost, it will be the homeowner's responsibility to pay to have the lock changed.
